What can we do for you?
We use Ergonomics for human-centric product design. A number of our chairs have either been endorsed by the Ergonomics standards authority or designed according to the EN 1335-1, 1335- 2 and BS 3044 standards. This enables us to carry 5-10 year guarantees. We also adhere to a principle of continuity of design and supply for a period of 10 years.
Research & Development
Our internal R&D department supports continual trajectories towards newer, better, safer and more comfortable. Separate divisions focus on desk chairs, tables and soft seating. Depending on the quantity, we also offer exclusive product design and customisation.
We are a vertically-integrated company and handle all aspects of production in-house. Our plants include the processing of steel, foam, injection-moulding, wood, epoxy-coating, assembly and upholstery. This allows us to keep a tight watch on production – even before it reaches our Quality control department.
Sales + Support
Our experienced sales team will work closely with you to create a personalised solution. Our other support services include space planning, concept design, fabric specialist consulting, tender support, photographs, 3D models, specs and marketing material.
Distribution & Export
We deliver to Gauteng ourselves and work with transport companies to reach South African coastal and other city centres. If you require installation, we will outsource that for you. We currently export products fully assembled or boxed. Boxed is either sent as knock down (base + gas packed separately) or in kit form (everything as components).
After-sales & Repairs
Our products carry a 5-10yr guarantee. After installation, any manufacturing errors need to be notified to us within 5 working days. Alternatively, we can accommodate warranty and out of warranty repairs, subject to our Warranty document (which can be downloaded from our Document Library in the Resources menu).
